One Week Before MCET... Some thoughts some rumblings

Hello Friends,
This is Ashish again. hope you all had a nice weekend. Now that we have entered the last week before the much awaited MCET MBA entrance exam, lets talk about some general things.

Following would be some things we should watch out for these coming few days:-

1) Don't overwork yourself. You have already put in enough effort.
2) Be confident. Believe in your abilities.
3) Keep giving mock tests and keep analyzing them.
Giving a mock just before the exam day is also a feasible option.
4) Keep a calm and composed mind. Don't be prejudiced about questions.
Each question is an opportunity to learn something and further hone our
skills.
5) Don't get stuck on a single question. Keep moving. A good 110 question in
the first 90 minutes is an achievable target.
6) Judiciously select paragraphs. Also don't just blindly mark the options for
a skipped paragraph. There will always be some vocabulary or phrasal verb
meaning based question. Look for it and attempt it. Make a habit of stealing
marks.
7) Avoid silly mistakes. This is again achievable only by keeping a calm and
composed mind.

8) And last but not by any means least......Keep your spirits high. You will
get JBIMS.
