Karele ki Bhujiya

For 2-3 People:-

Take 6-7 Karelas.
Rub out the rough surface roughly.
Cut in thin slices.
Take 3 Onions- Cut long wise

Put medium + little more mustard oil in kadhai
Put Pachforna
Put 3-4 green chilli
Now put the chopped onions and saute them till they turn pink. Dont cook them till brown.

Now put sliced karela +  salt + turmeric
Saute and cook on slow flame while turning every 5 minutes.

Cook till the karela and onion are well cooked and look like below:-


Kacche kele ki sabzi

Ingredients:-

kacche kele - 4 to 5 

aaloo - 4

onions - 2 medium

Mustard oil

tej patta

masala preparation - tomato -1, garlic- 1 , green chilli - 3 , sabzi masala - 1 big spoon , no  adarak is required.

Preparation.

Peel and Cut banana once horizontally and then vertically.

Peel and cut potato in two halves.

Put some mstard oil and fry all these til they turn light brown. Put them aside.

Now, prepare masala. Put the following in a grinder - 

tomato -1, garlic- 1 , green chilli - 3 , sabzi masala - 1 big spoon , no  adarak is required. 

Grind and then put little water and grind again till you get a thick paste.

Now, in the same mustard oil in which u fried the bananas and potato, put some pachforna and 2 tejpatta.

Add asfoetida.

Now, put chopped onions and fry till it turns little pinkish.

Put the masala paste,  and half teaspoon haldi and fry for 5 minutes.

Now, put the bananas and potato. Add salt to taste.

Stir well and Fry for 5 minutes

Now put one 1-2 cups of water for it to get a gravy consitency.

Allow this to cook for 15 minutes. (After 10 minutes, put chooped coriander)

Serve with Rice or bread.
